I have had approx 4 appts here. The first provider I saw was knowledgeable, competent, and curious. The couple after that have been mediocre. Today, the Practitioner was the most disappointing. She had limited knowledge about the peptides they sell and heavily advertise, so I asked her for a list of ingredients, which she had to print. I ordered two of them totaling close to $400 for a one month supply. The staff was nice.They made me comfortable and they were very informative
I have been coming here for years and everyone is so friendly. Unfortunately, my experience with the new receptionist was not pleasant today. There was no eye contact, the tone of voice was very monotone, and overall it felt like she did not enjoy her job or want to assist patients/customers. I also found her to be not very knowledgeable when answering questions, which made the interaction frustrating. If you are thinking about HRT this is your place I feel like I got the old me back. More energy, sleeping better, looking better. I’m a year in and love the treatment I get. All the staff are wonderful and I am forever grateful to Amanda who is the best. Highly recommend Her Kare
