I paid a lot of money to have the knob and tube in my basement removed only to find out that not only was it not all removed but that a lot of it is still active. The company sent to my house by Mass Save said that it is hard to believe an electrician would not have seen all of the active wires that were not removed. I wasted my time and money going to Herk. I hate to say it, but it’s true and I want to prevent others from doing likewise.
We can’t say enough good things about Wally and Herk Electric! We needed low-voltage smoke detectors upgraded ASAP, and Wally made the whole process a breeze. His voicemail was clear and professional, he called us back quickly, answered every question we had, and was at our home in no time. Problem solved—fast and efficiently! If you need an electrician or want a security system installed, don’t think twice—call Herk Electric. We HIGHLY recommend them and are so glad we found someone this reliable!
Mr. Herk and his colleague always do a great job and he’s very creative at coming up with options for our quirky old house.
