They cleaned my Persian silk rug, Turkish wool rug, and an old Moroccan flatweave that had never been cleaned before. The technician who came for the free estimate was knowledgeable and professional. He explained their rug cleaning process in full and gave me a very fair price. The pickup and delivery were smooth. The rugs came back clean, soft, and fresh-smelling. They laid every rug back in place and didn’t leave until I was happy. Truly great service and great people.
