Latest update - December 2024 It was found by another contractor that the wood was completely fine. It was the way Heritage braced the doors which was completely incorrect. It had nothing to do with the wood - it was the workmanship. Once the bracing was done properly the doors were put back up and all has been fine ever since. We used the same poplar wood!!! I asked Heritage to come to the plate and cover the cost of the other contractors work but they completely ghosted the request. I wouldn't recommend this company at all... read more
I had an earlier review that was more complimentary. However after many attempts and requests for the team to fix the doors they installed over several months of requests this was the result I walked out to this morning. The barn door that was in need of repair just fell off and is now completely warped....Quite disappointing...
