RecommendedMy mom just moved in here. What a wonderful place! The staff is the most helpful and so pleasant, she’s taken care of in every aspect and I don’t have to worry about her living alone. Residents families are treated wonderfully, invited to participate in the celebrations and activities. Very clean, modern, looking pretty classy. Beautifully decorated any time of the year. Best place I could ever dream of for my mom. I’m so glad she’s there! Thank you, Heritage Woods of Manteno!
RecommendedThe place is beautiful and well maintained. The Administration Staff is great. The CNA’s are friendly and well trained. They really care for us here. Food is good. Activities are fun well planned and offer enough to keep us entertained. Bingo i is a special time and fun for everyone. i can’t say enough I love it how!

Our experience with Heritage Woods with our Mom for the past 3 years has been wonderful. They are so friendly, helpful and patient with her and us. We can't say enough good about it. Help is great and Mom always raves about the food. They do a great job with her meds too. She is very happy and so are we!
Updating my review for Gull Creek. After two years at Gull Creek and several management changes, the food at Gull Creek has taken a big hit. Meals seem to be plated well in advance and frequently arrive to the table cold or room temperature. The meals, once decent, now are similar to institutional cafeteria food. Mushy vegetables, cheap quality entrees, repetitively served. Snacks are also poor quality packaged carbohydrates. Cleaning and maintenance in some apartments is haphazard - ranging from acceptable to awful.
Hey @GardantManagementSoultions .... any particular reason you're raising rent on two of your residents from $750 a month to $1,200...and charging back rent in that insane rent hike? 🤷♀️ Asking for a friend. Maybe you want to actually return a phone call or email message to sort it out. 🤔
