When looking for a new home for my Mom after living on her own until the age of 86, I toured several facilities that offered extra care for her. The moment I walked into Heritage Woods of Huntley I knew this was the perfect place for her. Warm, inviting, friendly, affordable and exceptionally caring. Mom felt the same thing too! Unbelievable mess. Understaffed. Poorly maintained. Forgot to give insulin and mom was so sick. Turnover is ridiculous. Regional director is unprofessional. Corporate is disorganized. Keep bringing in worse people to "help" who are so rude. We are outta there! Don't do it.
