I brought a Mazda tribute from Heritage and when it developed a problem with the brakes, I contacted Scott, the owner to find out how to claim on the extended warranty, He told me to bring it by so their mechanic could take a look, He then organised a repair and it was done and back to me the next day, very happy with the great after sale service, and remember it is a wholesales car yard.

I brought a car 3yrs ago from these guys and never had a problem with them. they have been really good to me and my car has been perfect and still going strong !! the warranty you get with the car is good if you stick to thier guidelines, all u have to do is keep your car serviced and send the stamped service forms into them then u r covered ! Not hard ! 3yrs later these guys are still good to me & helping me sell my car for me !
The definition of a dodgy used car dealership. Got a car from them in January and it has broken down by March. The 12 Month AWN Warranty they offer for free is worthless. They have not even transferred the car to my name yet after paying the transfer fee and stamp duty up front. Stay far away from this mob.
Absolute epitome of a dodgy used car dealership. If you are looking for a lying bunch of weasels to buy a car off then this is the place for you. They are very good at playing the game, will be nice to your face, whilst lying through their teeth. Currently going through; Office of Fair Trading, MTA QLD, Department of Transport and QCAT, to try and get some of our money back. And also to report them in the hope that they can't continue to rip people off in the future. Stay away from here!
