Dr. Sonia is amazing very pleasant very easy to talk to
I’ve been seeing Sonia for a little over a year now for bipolar depression, and I truly can’t say enough good things about her. She is always positive, warm, and attentive, and she takes the time to really listen to my concerns. Whether it’s adjusting my medication or discussing outside factors affecting my progress, I always feel heard and supported—never rushed. I do not recommend this practice. Refills were not handled on time, and when I raised concerns the office manager (Zachary) was dismissive and told me to “find another provider.” A scheduled telehealth appointment was missed with no notice, and soon after I was abruptly dropped as a patient without explanation or transition of care. Very unprofessional and unreliable.
Dr Sonia was ok but more friendly than really worries about patients, my son completely changed his personality with the guanfacine the medication she was prescribing for for two and half years and I only realized after changing it with another psychiatrist and my son was back to life and being normal again… plus her assistant is very stubborn and mean he always has something to say doesn’t matter what… He made me look for another doctor quicker! Thank goodness my son and my husband don’t work with them anymore!
