I went to get Botox this morning through HWC and I can’t recommend them enough! Their office is so cute, and the staff was so amazing ! Claudette SO sweet and patient with me especially with this being my first time getting Botox! She took the time to explain to me the difference between the two brands of neurotoxins (Botox) they offer, and took time just to chitchat with me just about different things they offer and she was extremely personable ! Tiffany Nipper at Heritage Wellness Center was excellent with doing my facial. I felt so pampered. Her sweet personality drew me to her immediately. I was impressed by her personal touch to my personal skin care needs but highly impressed that she wasn't there to simply sell me products. Cancer treatments took a toll on my skin and she listened with compassion and addressed what was needed.
I had a great experience here from beginning to end. Front desk staff was very friendly. Claudette Mallory was very thorough and treated me as if I was her only patient. I will most definitely recommend to friends and family!
This practice is terrific! Claudette combines expertise and a willingness to listen and discuss. Also, the staff is very friendly and professional. Can’t wait to continue my health & wellness journey with a great practice!
