I've taken my vehicle here a few times now for warranty work. I've been a waiter every time. Every time I'm promised only 2-4 hours (multiple warranty work visits, VW quality what are you gonna do) and it's always taken 4-6 hours every time. The advisors I've delt with are friendly, but their service team takes forever. Don't make any appointments during the day if you're also making a stop here. 2 stars because of the friendly staff.
got my oil changed here a couple weeks ago as part of my 60k service and now in the middle of my vacation a warning light comes on saying the oil level is too high. this is interrupting my plans because i have to waste time going to get my car checked out and serviced instead of enjoying my trip. an oil change should be one of the easiest jobs for a dealership to perform. it was the first time getting my car serviced here and probably the last as well
Wouldn't take my car here again I took my car to check my transmission, the advisor told me I need to get my 80000 miles service. Also my engine light was on because of the ambient sensor. He told me all I need i got it done paid over 1700. To get the service, I was told I need some additional work i went back got the ambient sensor fix a week later the engine light came back on took it back them they told me the wiring to the sensor was bad.
