As a new Volkswagen owner, Mike did an amazing job of setting customer expectations for the service and repairs needed for my vehicle. Although I was not able to receive a loaner vehicle for my service, I was able to receive my vehicle later in the day without a need for a return visit. Everyone is courteous and attentive, but I find that the time it takes to complete the service is a little excessive. In the past, I would wait for my service to be completed. However, the 3-4 hours is too long.
