I love Dr. Hackleman, glasses have been excellent, exams and service inside office as well. My problem is with billing department. Last month I received a bill for service A YEAR AGO. Since Heritage has been bought by another company, I wanted to check to see if I really owed it. ($125) I did, although no billing had been done for a year. I paid it, then made an appointment.
