Incredibly bad service. They had a third party install the system for $100’s of thousands of dollars. Doors and rubber gaskets never closed correctly and had condensation since inception. They had one of their own employees come and look at it 10 months ago. He said that this is not installed correctly and they sent in house workers to remedy the problem. Replaced new locks new rubber gaskets and other things that weren’t correct. Same problem exists. We’ve been calling and emailing for 8 months with no intent to fix this pr... read more
Had Heritage Vine install Wine Wall at Five Star Restaurant in New Jersey. Have had issues with unit for over 3 years with no clear outcome. They had 3rd party do install, but still to this point the wall does not work. Do not recommend.
