BUYERS BEWARE – CAL AM IS A CORPORATION FROM CALIFORNIA. THEY ARE EXTREMELY GREEDY AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT ANYONE EXCEPT THEMSELVES. THE SPACE RENT IS OUTLANDISH ESPECIALLY WHEN COMPARED TO A COMPARABLE PARK ACROSS TOWN. FIVE OAKS MIDDLE SCHOOL IS BARELY RANKED AVERAGE AND HAS A LOT OF PROBLEMS - THIS IS THE MIDDLE SCHOOL IN THE PARK'S SCHOOL DISTRICT. GRAFFITI HAS BEEN SPOTTED IN THE PARK ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS. THESE PEOPLE ARE NICE UNTIL YOU GET TRAPPED THEN THEY BECOME QUITE NASTY. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
