Michael Erbe is the worst mobile home park owner ever! He allows known drug dealers to live there and sale drugs while he knows about it. He illegally over charges for water. More code violations than you can count! Not a good place for children at all!!!
Great place to live, Great owner and very safe place to live. Just wish it had a pool
