K9 The owner/Doctor is extremly RUDE and failed to complete even the most basic of tasks: completion of the medical records. Because of this, I am having to wait on a consult for an MRI. Heritage Veterinary Medical Center is FAMILY to my baby I recommend this place to everyone. Not only are the staff excited to see my pet when she walks in but she recognizes the place and the people and she is so happy when I take her to board with them. I know when I am gone my baby is well taken care of. I just happened to drive by and I asked for a tour of the facility and have been going there ever since. Check them out.
THANK YOU DR.EHRLUND!!!!!!!!!!! – I am a new pet owner and recently Heritage was highly recommended to me. I took my new yorkie to visit Dr. Ehrlund and I was so impressed with her and her staff. I think everyone there is highly trained and there customer service was exceptional. I even started there Doggy Boot Camp Classes with my pet and not only have I learned the basic sit and stay , I am learning to get rid of that negative behavior that these courses teach. Great Boarding Facility and Awesome staff – I recently boarded my pet at Heritage Veterinary Medical Center. I have been a long standing customer of Dr. Ehrlund since 1981. I have always recieved excellent care for my animals. Dr. Ehrlund's kind a compassionate spirt has really helped our family over the years. I am sadden to see the response posted above. Great Doctor and staff My mom has been taking our dogs to Dr. Ehrlund for some time now. The one thing my mom loved about her was when my brother got a dog she came to the waiting room where we were waiting to talk to us about the care of the dog. There have not been many places that do that. I really like how the staff take care of you and they take the time to explain things.
Great Clinic & Awesome Boarding Facility Heritage is a great place to take your pets. The doctor is very personal and her staff is so friendly. The staff treats your animals as if they were their own. They not only offer boarding, but they often have kittens up for adoption and recently they have been having dog obedience class with an amazing trainer. I think that everybody should go to this clinic you wont regret it. The doctor and staff really care for animals of all shapes and sizes!
Terrible Customer Service – I have two dogs so I was looking for a good vet around home. Somebody recomended this clinic. I guess doctors are good because they have a lot of clients, altough they could not cure my dog of a simple virus. My concern was that when I took my dog for spay they estimated it would cost between $157 to $187, well I was charged $330, quite a difference. they said it was because they had to do a pre operatory check to which I say do not do it. they did it any way because it was the dog's first time th... read more
