The people at Heritage Veterinary Medical Center are truly compassionate about what they do. My dog has been going there for a couple years and was recently diagnosed with cancer. He was doing very well and I did not know anything was wrong until the doctor had me feel all of his large lymph nodes. They started him on treatments where we would go in every week for different injections until we were in remission so I got to know everyone there very well. At this vet hospital, everyone goes above and beyond! I truly felt assured that my cats health was in good hands. Dr. Wright was very compassionate and patient. He answered all of my questions and concerns regarding the different procedures and injections that my cat was undertaking without using extensive medical terminology that I would not understand. I’ve been taking my dogs to see Dr. Ehrlund and Dr. Wright for over a year now. Both of them are very knowledgeable and friendly. I started using them when I couldn’t get my dog into one of the large clinics in town on a Saturday so I stopped in and got an appointment with them. My dog has had epilepsy, but was still having seizures on the medication. The doctors here understood the situation and switched him to a drug that is not only generic (less expensive), but doesn’t require expensive blood tests every 6 months. Since ... read more
Reliable service with great results! Ive been taking my dogs to see Dr. Ehrlund and Dr. Wright for over a year now. Both of them are very knowledgeable and friendly. Great service. I was very pleased with my visit with Dr. Wright, the new vet. I have been struggling with my dogs skin issues for several years with a different vet and Dr. Wright has him looking ten times better after just two visits. It took some convincing on his part, but changing my dog’s diet to a prescription diet was well worth the money. Prompt service, friendly staff. I will certainly return to him for future issues.

RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I completely agree 100% on k9's review. It was like they took the words right out of my mouth. I would not recommend this place. In addition to what K9 has already written, we waited 40 minutes in a waiting room. Mind you the place was not busy. We heard back and forth messing around in the back. Not one person came to let us know "Hey, I'm so sorry but we're running a little behind but we will be with you shortly." Nothing. I work in the industry where I book appointments as well. HORRIBLE!!!!!! – Where should i begin? i can see that i'm not the only one the Doctor is extremely rude to. But it doesn't stop there. They are over priced and below average service. The staff seams Incompetent . I have tried going to this clinic several times and its with the same results. Stay away from this place!!!! The owner/Doctor is extremly RUDE and failed to complete even the most basic of tasks: completion of the medical records. Because of this, I had wait two weeks on a consult for an MRI; only to be told that she TOTALLY misdiagnosed my our dog's condition.
