I had to get my first of the Rabies series today and I gotta hand it to these people. They were VERY fast for an ER. Hardly anyone was there! Literal ghost town. Staff was extremely friendly and kind, they explained everything that was going to be happening and how, and that I needed to come back and when. 10/10(hope you don't have to end up here, but if you do)
The emergency room nurses and Doctors are Great. They are professional and caring. The receptionist at 2 am this morning ., short lady with white hair short cut on the other hand needs to retire. She's very rude and has no patience. She yelled at my granddaughter over a fake birdhouse with a fake yellow bird...my granddaugher didn't even get to touch it. If I could give zero stars I would. I came in with 10 out of 10 endometriosis pain and the doctor prescribed me toradol despite me saying ive had it multiple times and it doesn't work. I asked if they could give me something else since I felt no relief and then a very rude nurse in green scrubs with red hair came in and abruptly discharged me. She was so rude.
