Great customer service. They made everything easy from start to finish and I can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I forgot to screw in a window properly and it fell out during a storm. Not only did they notice and let me know, they did their best to repair it until I could get in to take care of it. I no longer require storage so they sent me a prepaid envelope to return the key. I won’t go anywhere else if I need to store an RV in the future.
