The doctors and staff are great but calling them is a pain. I have been on hold for an hour. There office is never busy. There’s no way this many people are calling the office. This is a problem every single time I call
Have been trying to get my sons records for a month. I have called multiple times they sent me to a third party and I couldn’t even get through to a person. They are preventing the care my son needs. Office staff likes to make unnecessary side comments.
Mom of five moved and new to Ohio. I transferred my children to another practice. I explained a issues with my daughter with Heritage Valley was by passed and not listened to. Went to another practice, they listened and my daughter is going to an orthopedic for her issue. Glad I left heritage valley. Never. Again will I go back.
