Been trying for a year to see Dr. Genova . I called over the summer and she was on vacation for 2 months . I recently tried again and now she isn’t taking new patients . Disappointed
This place truly and honestly is a joke. The nurse practitioner actually has to look on their phone to find out what to prescribe. This place is an embarrassment to the medical field and should be shut down permanently. I would suggest if you have any actual medical issues you should go somewhere else avoid this place at all cost. I have never seen such unprofessional unknowledgable medical staff in my entire life. They have no knowledge of Prior Medical issues even though always through Heritage Valley are you kidding me? O... read more

Receptionist was very disrespectful
Dr Jill is absolutely a five star physician, there is no doubt about that, however bringing Virginia Reeser PA to this practice was a horrible mistake . She has a very bad bedside manner and is horribly rude!!! A little compassion for your patients goes along way , especially a young man who was just diagnosed with multiple ailments and she made him feel horrible about himself!!! Maybe it’s time for a new career choice !!!
