I switched to this group last September. Yesterday, I called the office to be seen and I was given an appointment, right away. The woman who made the appointment was super nice, not what I received from a previous office. Madison saw me and was really friendly and very professional. Changing to this office was a great decision!
I have seen the PA, Madison. She is through, she took her time, and followed up every week until the problem I had was resolved. I appreciated the time she took, she even came in the room doing a sort of victory dance when it was resolved.
We’ve been going to the group for 2 1/2 years. Dr. Heinle is a wonderful man. He spends time with you. Discusses your current situation. Offers alternative options. And listens to what you have to say. I feel badly when other patients are upset with waiting their turn. Yes I’ve waited. I’ve seen the patients ahead of me leaving. I knew they had waited and were treated with total respect and medical attention. We are a restless nation. Give the doctors and nurses and office staff respect ... they’re there for us. Thank you

Dr Heinle and the nurse practitioner have been great! Easy to talk to and they both took time to explain. Scheduling appointments was very difficult at times. Dr Farland has been rude at every visit. I had seen her approximately 5 times over 2 years. I always felt rushed or cut off. The last time I had a yearly checkup I felt good. I wanted to stop taking a medication.
