If I could put negative starts I would but I’m Forced to put one… do not go to this doctors office
I love spending an hour of my morning calling an incompetent practice that throws you on hold every time you're calling. This isn't isolated to today, but every time I've called. Oddly it also doesn't seem to matter what time of day you call, either.... Who is the office manager? What is the name of the individual a person needs to talk to for results? I'm just trying to check an appointment time and day, and I can't even get through? Abysmal is being too kind.
They only do same day appointments. Very hard to get someone on the phone. They keep you on hold for 30 minutes. If your appointment is at 9 am it won’t start til 10. and you can tell the people on the phone really don’t care what’s going on with you
