Great staff. Well run and efficient. Highly trustworthy.
Today was horrible for my 89 year old mother. The new receptionist, Molly was rude and unhelpful with our concerns upon check in. The office manager was of no assistance. Lee, Amy, Kathy, and Sarah, as always were helpful, knowledgeable, and helped to smooth our upset. Hopefully Molly is saveable by retraining and learning respect for the elderly!!
This is the most unorganized doctor’s office we’ve ever come across. You are passed around from doctor to a different nurse at every visit. The staff seems to be absolutely miserable and talks down to patients. Nothing is explained. Questions are just left unanswered. Things have been overlooked several times.
No real issue with the Drs, however the woman doing the scan (shorter days hair) was horrible. She's in the wrong line of work
