I'm a 100% disabled veteran with many chronic issues and pain with my spine and nerves. I was refused referrals and medications due to "lack of evidence." I promptly went to the VA, got the necessary records and returned them. I waited for an hour before being told that Doc Cheryl Herman would not look at the records and instead would "try to call next week." This is a long time coming, but finally had the last straw. Overall customer service from the medical staff is extremely poor and frequently seem bothered by the patients. My phone messages often take 2-3 days for return and prescriptions are not called in timely. My medical concerns are often dismissed. I’ve only ever seen Jennifer Miller, PA. She has been very good and listens to my health concerns. The office support staff do a good job too
