Love this bank
Very disappointing customer service as a 5+ year member. Will be finding a new credit union this week!
They closed my account on the 10th. I didn’t realize something was off until the 13th. I called in, and had to wait for a manager to call me back. When she did, she said they closed the account. I asked why I wasn’t contacted. She said “well, I was going to call you today.” 3 days later!!! When I said I’m supposed to have a direct deposit go in on the 15th, and that’s only 2 days to try to get that changed, she acted like she didn’t give a damn. Very rude, very unprofessional.
This bank is not up to date with technology. My other credit union allows me to deposit money at ATMs and the money is available immediately. This credit union holds deposits for 12 DAYS!!!! Also, I had a $30 bill autodraft and I only had $17 in my account and they charged me a $35 fee. I drove 30 miles to the bank to make the deposit same day and they said it was too late and wouldn’t take away the fee. They paid $13 for my bill and then charged me an extra $35. As soon as I pay off my loans I am closing my account!
