First, I typically only take the time to leave positive reviews.. with the philosophy that the only review worth my time in writing is a positive one. I left two messages for a new patient appointment, not completely out of line for a good busy practice. However, it was the return call that was disappointing. Dr Heller and his staff are fantastic. If you need an Endo he is the best.
Dr. Heller is wonderful! I switched from another doctor that I wasn't happy with, and I'm so happy I did. He had an open conversation with me and really broke down the details of my condition and my blood work results to make sure I understood everything. He even went over the results of a thyroid ultrasound I had done months ago-- my other doctor never even mentioned these results to me. Very friendly and helpful-- I highly recommend and will keep going to this practice.
