I tried for a long time to like this place, to a fault. So many, many reasons to stop going (me and my family have all had problems here) and today was the final straw when I walked in for my "9am" appointment only to be told I was not on the schedule. I will give credit to the person at the desk who tried to get me in for an appointment 45 minutes later, but I had other commitments at 10am. And honestly, I have had enough. Can't get blood work for my son unless I take off work due them closing at 4 pm. Apparently they dont care for patients.
I brought my husband in for lab work that is to be performed every two weeks. I had called prior that day to ensure they had the order IN THE SYSTEM which they confirmed they had the lab order. Upon arriving , my husband was called to the front desk and handed a copy of his lab order and told to make certain to bring the order with him each time he came.
