I brought my husband in for lab work that is to be performed every two weeks. I had called prior that day to ensure they had the order IN THE SYSTEM which they confirmed they had the lab order. Upon arriving , my husband was called to the front desk and handed a copy of his lab order and told to make certain to bring the order with him each time he came. Wonderful and amazing staff. We came in from out of state and they went above and beyond to help us during a quick illness to one of our children. Forever grateful for their professionalism, knowledge, help and hospitality.
Took my wife for x-rays, receptionist was pleasant, also cant say enough for how nice she was treated by Emily and the x- ray tech. All done in a short time. I truely appreciate the entire staff.
Absolutely terrible, this is not the first time I had a horrific experience with their incompetent receptionists. It has been twice where the lady was extremely rude and ageist. I feel singled out by a woman named “Cheryl” who is very cold and unhelpful. She refused take my referral over the phone from a fertility clinic. She asked me twice if the doctor of the fertility clinic in Princeton, NJ was a part of HVHS as to which I replied no.
