This is the worst place ever I couldn’t even be seen for physical therapy bc the lady was mean for no reason and I was only a couple minutes late but they expect everyone to be perfect but don’t ever go there they are terrible

This is probably the first review I've ever left for anything, but don't waste your time coming here. When my daughter and I first arrived, we had a 70 minute wait. The waiting room was crowded, which was no problem. 'Tis the season. But after 20 minutes we decided to use the restroom which was in the hallway outside of the urgent care office and to get some fresh air. I gave 1 star for the front desk check in girl who was caring and kind. The NP Debbie or Donna? Was the worst person and should NOT be treating patients. I had a severe reaction to a wasp sting. She told me to take a Benadryl! She would NOT listen every time I tried speaking up she cut me off. She would not give me a steroid. Said they were dangerous and too risky! This as my arm was continually getting more swelled and bruised. This lady should be fired. Today.
