We were referred to Dr. Samra and I can't even put into words how thankful I am for that. Our little one "Strubely" had a major surgery and the care given is exceptional. RVT Atarhe went above and beyond Strubely's care. The follow-up care and concern is unbelievable. A great big thanks to all the staff there, they treat you like family. Really happy with our experience at Heritage Valley Animal Hospital! Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, and they were so gentle and patient with my puppy. The vet took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. I felt really comfortable knowing my puppy was in good hands. Definitely recommend this place and we’ll be coming back!
This was my first time at this location and I found it through Google reviews. The reviews didn’t lie. The staff is wonderful, they are very patient and kind. And they also do their best to work with you and keep you calm as the pet parent. Highly recommend.
