We had to make the decision to place my mother in a care facility and we chose this one. Big mistake! The first day she was there she fell and hurt herself. We were able to look past that and hope for good care there but, unfortunately, they are very understaffed and appear to be more interested in having events and activities than caring for the in need the most. We were told this facility would be able to take care of her and they failed. We have since moved my mother to a better place where she has adjusted quite nicely a... read more

My mom stays here and has dementia. The building is very old and sometimes looks dirty, but they take good care of her. They keep her clean, get her out of bed every day, and have activities like a weekly church service. Those things are very important to me because she is not just lying in bed all day staring at the wall or watching TV.

Un lugar lleno de cucarachas cm pueden a ver pacientes ahi....un ñugar lleno de cucarachas y moscas no hay higiene la comida es pesima pobres de esos pacientes que tienen q vivir en la mugre

I’m very sad to say this but I wish they would wash my aunts blankets when I went to visit her blankets looked dingy and dirty given that she was already sick with the flu, Blankets need to be washed ASAP! Especially if she was sick, she would just get sick again. Also, when I went to go visit her, I looked at her feet to see if her Were warm because she had been laying down I asked her how she was feeling she said OK when I looked at her feet, she had little socks on for like a baby.
