I'm rating this way higher than my actual experience (which was a 1 star) because I'm giving these folks the benefit of the doubt that they just had a bad month and this isn't how they normally operate. I bought a used comercial mower from Heritage in early May. It had two months remaining on the manufacturers warranty. It was used with a lot of hours so I knew there was some risk.
