I don't know how they do it but somehow when I need a part for the tractor or Gator, they have it...period Super knowledgable staff, friendly service. These guys know what they do and do it well.
I wish I had read their reviews before bringing my buddies zero turn mower up to Smithville. We were quoted 200 dollars over the phone. We dropped it off. That bid went to 1100 dollars. It was gonna be nearly another thousand before we stopped the bleeding. We picked it up, not finished. 184 dollars in parts 940 dollars in labor. We will not be back and we will warn people to not go to heritage tractor in Smithville.
I have had incredible experiences with Heritage Tractor and highly recommend them to anyone. Heritage tractor always have what I want and need in stock and I never have to wait long to get it. This last trip to Heritage tractor was to get another large roll of bale wrap for my John Deere 535 baler.
Everyone is really nice and knowledgeable. Service and Tec were awesome.
