Terrible. I needed a oil pan plug for a JD 350G LC excavator, an excavator that is listed on our account with them so it is in their system. I did not have the old plug which is why a new one was needed. Drove over an hour to get there. They assured me it was the right plug. Drove over an hour back only for it to be the wrong size.. I suggest you buy a Cat or Komatsu..
I recently brought my skid steer into Heritage Tractor for service late on a Friday. At drop-off, I was given a clear quote and a promised completion timeframe of Wednesday, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, things quickly went downhill from there. When I called at the end of the quoted timeframe, no one seemed to know the status of my equipment.
