Awful. Feeble. Unorganized. Terrible staff. Poor communication. Can’t get any one to answer the phone. Made an appointment to have my mower picked up 4 days prior for service and no one ever showed. Had to call to there a literal 10 times to get an answer. Never was told why the mower didn’t get picked up. Cancelled my appointment rather than try again.
The cleaning lady at parts counter was not very helpful
