Highway Robbery! The parts department has a difficult time getting the right parts. In the past, I have gone in for parts, filters, etc. it seems like a wrestling match to get the right parts. One time I got an air filter, gave them the Make, Model, S/N of the equipment, I had to go back to them 3 times before they gave us the correct filter (now I just go to Oreilly's, much simpler).
