They have had our 997 about 3 months. They brought it back and still didn't work so took it back. Went in to Rogersville store and Darren just ignored us. They don't answer their phones either.
My husband bought a new lawnmower from them this year. He had it about 2 weeks and it stopped mowing. A belt had come apart. Yesterday he was mowing and it quit again, has 9 hours on it. Tom called them and although the lady did know her business, got same answer. Bring it in and wait until they look at it for 99.00. A Heritage Tractor driver in a company truck sideswiped my husband's motorcycle, pushing him off the road, into a ditch and doing significant damage. The driver looked back and took off. My husband called 911 and Missouri State Highway Patrol Trooper Daniel's stopped the fleeing driver 12 miles away. The driver denied knowledge of any accident, said his truck never contacted another vehicle and even stated that it could've been another Heritage Tractor company vehicle in the area.
