Our experience with Dr. Matthew Cross in Keller, Texas has been very frustrating. After paying in full for my husband’s dentures, we were surprised with additional charges that were never discussed. I was a patient at this practice for over 15 years. I never had a bad experience until a few months ago. I needed two crowns to address separate issues. I was never told this might change my bite which would require new orthodontic appliances. That was the start of my problem. I am very pleased with the quality of care Heritage Trace Dental provides. Doctor Cross is pleasant, professional and thoroughly discusses the status of your dental health. I want to especially recognize Jordan who performed everything from x-rays, to gum health, to cleaning, and a very thorough check-up. Jordan's interaction and cadence between cleaning/rinsing was perfect. Her inspection and sensitivity with instruments was outstanding! Very happy with Heritage Trace Dental!
