I was a patient at this practice for over 15 years. I never had a bad experience until a few months ago. I needed two crowns to address separate issues. I was never told this might change my bite which would require new orthodontic appliances. That was the start of my problem. I understand sometimes people forget to ask necessary questions and I would have went ahead with the necessary treatment anyways. It was more of an annoyance. I am very pleased with the quality of care Heritage Trace Dental provides. Doctor Cross is pleasant, professional and thoroughly discusses the status of your dental health. I want to especially recognize Jordan who performed everything from x-rays, to gum health, to cleaning, and a very thorough check-up. Jordan's interaction and cadence between cleaning/rinsing was perfect. Her inspection and sensitivity with instruments was outstanding! Very happy with Heritage Trace Dental!

I used to fear going to the Dentist due to a dental experience that occurred in my childhood, until I meet Dr. Neilson. He is very professional, kind and gentle. He makes sure that I am very comfortable and I never feel a thing! I am Blessed to have found Heritage Trace Dental!

Dr. Nielsen and his staff are very organized and highly skilled at their positions. I strongly recommend them for any dental work.
