Heritage Tower is one of the best low income senior apartment buildings I have found. It is an eight-floor high rise with 100 apartments with balconies. I have looked at many senior buildings in the 11 years that I have been a senior citizen and I have lived in two different cities in Ohio. Heritage Tower is superior. Heritage Tower in Columbus is close to the Bexley community with wonderful shopping and restaurants. Our building is on the grounds of the Jewish Community Center offering recreational facilities. staff is amazing
Quiet senior apartments. Newly renovated. Good amenities: balcony, laundry, library & fitness. Never pay more than 1/3 your income.
This property is really in good hands, the employers and the staff are really good and nice to all residents. As well the ownership is really invested and upgrading this building in every way possible.
