I had a property put in my name at this business and I am 6 month in and havent received any of my paper work or title to my property was told it was sent 3 months ago never gat it then called back up there and they said they was going to go get another copy and I could come pick it up that was 4 weeks ago and still nothing
From a Realtor’s perspective, Heritage Title and Closing Services are very busy for a reason…because they do great job. My Clients have have always been given a smooth closing.
These people scare me. They were selected by my agent to do the Title check and Title insurance and they printed the wrong address on my deed ! Originally I was getting a loan on the house, but instead borrowed on my 403b and just paid for it outright. This Title Co blamed it on the documents they got from the banking firm that was bypassed. Nevertheless, this Title Co was supposed to check and verify that all information is correct...not just blame it on someone else. I have a Realtor's license so I know how the system work... read more
