The first time I bought a home, it was easy and everything went smoothly with no stress at all. But when I went to buy my second home, we used Heritage Title, and it was nothing but stressful. First off, the main person we were dealing with was out sick, so either no one at Heritage Title knew what they were doing or they just didn’t care.
