Horrible communication
I was a home seller and therefore forced to use the Settlement/Title company that the buyers selected. I know it is a small amount of money at only $58.46, but Heritage Title collected too much money from me relative to my final water bill and refuse to acknowledge that this refund is owed to me and should not have went to cover the first month's water bill for the new homeowners.

What a dishonest garbage dump firm. They wired an amount about $3,000 less than what my closing signed HUD-1 stated and left it up to me to figure out at the bank. Then they refused send me a corrected HUD1. I could have sued or gotten the AG involved, but why bother? What a bunch of charlatans. I actually got my attorney involved, just to get a corrected HUD1 for tax purposes. That took several weeks. They sent me an ostensibly updated HUD1, but it still had errors.
