The service I received was awful. The service tech broke a piece of my rim and kept my pink valve covers. When I called and spoke to a representative, I was further met with disrespect and laughter. Yes I am 100% sure that I am reviewing the correct business and I hope my review is not removed. Great price, quick and efficient service, kind staff, cozy waiting room.
Stay away from this place they are crooks I purchased a set of tires for my son's car and asked for advice and I believed them because it was my son's first car I bought the car for him but he wanted to pay for the tires and he wanted mid range tires big mistake paid $1200 after 1 year the tires went garbage never experienced nothing like this I went there and asked for the warranty and was told these tires are the bottom of all the brand's we sell from the same guy who told me to go with these tires because they are good th... read more
I dealt with Aaron at Heritage Tire and he was fantastic. He helped me out in a bind, found me a tire quickly, and gave me solid advice. You can tell he’s genuinely trying to help you out, not just sell you something. Highly recommend working with him and this company—great service all around!
