They have fantastic customer service! Twice they have squeezed me in for emergency repairs. The staff is friendly and honest, and I highly recommend them for your tire needs. Edited to add: Make that THREE times that they have squeezed me in for emergency repairs! And this time, on a Saturday! Thank you Sonny and crew for your wonderful customer service. We will be calling soon about replacing our RV tires.
I was shopping for all seasons/summers and heritage tire sales was the only shop I found that had the selection of different brands, price range and immediate availability. They were quick with the tire swap. I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to the shop for new tires if I need to

My brother, who has worked as a certified auto mechanic for over 30 years, told me there was no better tire dealer in Windsor, so I took his advice and did my tire shopping there. They were able to provide me with high quality tire options, based on my desire to do some off road adventuring along with maintaining decent fuel mileage. I am very happy with the Copper tires they put on, and appreciate that they were able to work around my availability. Nice people too!
