RecommendedA delightful shop with an international following. Don’t order tile for your project without checking them out. They are extremely knowledgeable and have tile professionals they can recommend for your repair or total new installation. Or stop in just to delight in their beautiful displays.
Horrible quality control and indifferent, uncaring customer service.
Do not use Heritage Tile. 1) they sold us incorrectly out of square subway tile for the historic Al. Ringling Mansion in Baraboo, Wi. Their solution? They gave us a couple hundred dollar discount instead of offering to send us correctly cut tiles. 2) they committed to making us reproduction p-cap tile for the same bathroom but never followed through.
