Sales guy Ritchie all over it. Gave us so much really valuable information that wasn't easy to find otherwise, and always rang back exactly when he said he would. Completely non judgemental - avoided trying to upsell vehicle or things we didn't want and focussed only on what we did want. 5 stars right there 👌. Called the service team, was on hold for about 10 minutes with no answer. Left a voicemail and was told someone would call me back. Waited 2 days, still didn’t hear anything. Called them again, no answer again and just given an option to leave a voicemail? Clearly they don’t need the business
