Good friendly service
Worst purchasing decision of my life. Never go to Heritage Suzuki. The will lie and misslead in any they have to to make the sale. Then company ignore you. Jack was my salesman, avoid him like the plague!
Will not honour a warranty claim because my tyres are one size up from stock and the chick at the front desk is a nightmare and will try and tell you what she thinks is wrong with the vehicle and not the actual issue
I recently purchased a sweet little Suzuki Jimny. Blair and Jack from Heritage were fantastic and even after the drama of NOT being able to supply an authentic Suzuki nudge bar (which are no longer available in Australia), they were solution focussed and sorted out the next best option for my vehicle. Sadly, their fabulous service was spoilt by their colleague Jake who was ‘to busy’ to follow up on said nudge bar installation or offer to provide me with a lift (as he sat drinking his coffee, holding up a brick wall…).
