After calling 4 wood refinishers to inquire about a difficult strip and finish job, we decided to use Heritage.... initially for basic reasons. They were the first to return our call , were friendly and provided clear rates for services, and were available for weekend delivery and pickup. I first read about Heritage in Our State magazine. I figured they did only specialty pieces because they did the capital and court buildings in Raleigh. We had some old family stuff that we wanted repaired. The owner met with us and told us what it would cost-much less than other estimates we got. These folks do amazing work. It's a little out of the way but worth it.
