Yes, Stacey, my wife made a decision to NOT buy stairs from you. How does NOT choosing your company give you the right to call her, angrily raise your voice, rudely hang up on her, then claim it was all "her fault?" You gave out technical information on Friday, and on Monday, my wife received a better offer. She had every right to chose a different vendor. Take care.
