First, the management is completely unresponsive and unreliable. My sink was clogged and unusable for 5 months until a handyman finally came and repaired it for me, and yet it still clogs. Be prepared to be waken up by unreasonably loud construction that goes on for hours when all you want is some peace and quiet at 7am. Second, the landlord lady is an absolute headache.
