I’m going to leave most of my original 5 star review below because I think it needs to be seen, especially by new leadership. And it also needs to be known how quickly a business can change its operational strategy, mission and vision. From the first encounter with the amazing Noreen, Heritage Springs has been a joy to work with when moving my father to his new residence. Since then, every staff member has been welcoming and patient! The residence is clean and well maintained. I feel very confident leaving my dad in their hands!
Can I give 100 stars? I don’t even know how to fully express what Heritage Springs has done for my dad and for me. This past week has been the most emotionally and physically overwhelming period of my life. My father could no longer return home, and I suddenly had to find assisted living, handle his belongings, navigate medical decisions, hospice care, insurance, logistics, emotions...everything, all at once. Excellent staff throughout the building. All know their jobs very well and are very caring towards their residents. This facility has staff members who have been employed for many years
There are no words to describe the efforts Noreen has gone through to assist my brother. I'm happily managing his health from 2000 miles away. His case is slightly complicated & fortunately he is more OK than not (YAY). To say it' been challenging to find a safe and lovely space for him as he heals, is a HUGE understatement! His recent surgery & current living conditions prevented him from returning home, without assistance for a couple more months.
