I've been seeing Dr. Barnes since April 2024, and I can't recommend him and his practice enough! My hip issues have been something that has bothered me for years, and I've tried various treatments like physical therapy, massage, and other chiropractors. I’ve been seeing Dr. Barnes at Heritage Spinal Care since May, and I can’t recommend him enough! My neck issues have been a complicated case—I’ve spent years trying different physical therapy treatments, massage, other chiropractors, but nothing provided lasting relief. No words can do this justice, when a doctor actually puts your needs first and manages your daily pain, I can’t thank this team enough! Tiffany who runs the front / phones is the sweetest person who makes sure she can get you in during anytime of need. While Dr Barnes is always patient, understanding, and takes extra steps to provide you the best results. They deserve more than just this review but I hope this encourages others to give them a try, they are not like any other!
After only 1 visit I felt life changing improvement. Hearing came back in my right ear that I lost around 10 years ago, stiffness was erased, and joints were more mobile. I would highly recommend for all athletes!
