I have been in the process of moving accounts to Heritage South because I want to establish a relationship with a local bank or credit union in smyrna, TN. As a new customer, I have experienced poor communication and denial of simple services without being told it would happen. Specifically, I attempted to set up external transfers so I could begin moving funds to Heritage South.
