Absolute amazing practice! Starting with Claudia in the front office, she ALWAYS greets me with a smile and makes me feel welcome. The entire staff are phenomenal, I’m able to call and get all my questions answered in a timely manner. I had a recent ER visit and they called me the next day to check in on me! Dr. Paula Bailey Walton was wonderful. She was caring, attentive, and took the time to understand my medical history and learn more about me as a person. I never felt rushed, and I truly appreciated how thoroughly she listened to my concerns. She made thoughtful, practical recommendations and explained everything clearly. I have been coming to Dr Fernandez for over a year now and it has been lovely every time. Claudia and the other front desk staff are very kind and helpful every time. Cynthia and Dr Fernandez have both been very attentive and effective when handling my care and answering any questions I may have. I have had a few primary care doctors and this clinic has been exceptional both in competence and kindness.
Dr. Fernandez has been my primary care physician for nearly 20 years, and he has always taken wonderful care of me and my family. He consistently takes the extra time to listen and thoughtfully address any questions or concerns, and I'm truly grateful for that. I would gladly recommend him to anyone looking for a caring, attentive doctor.
