I have been going to this group for over 7 years. The staff are friendly and very professional. We have gotten to know each other over the years and it's actually a fun experience. Dr Woodcock is my primary physician. He has improved my health immensely and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this medical group.
Have been suffering from extreme pain in my lower back for the past 7 Days couldn't take it anymore and came into urgent care. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating and got me in quick Dr Perez had me diagnosed and out of pain in 40 minutes . I am very grateful to him and his nurse
This facility is probably the worst urgent care experience that I have ever had to deal with. My father went in to see Dr. Perez for a consistent cough that he has had for the past 2 weeks. He tested negative for both flu and Covid using an at home test. My father had me on speaker phone during his visit, and asked Dr. Perez if he can speak with me to help better mitigate the conversation but Dr. Perez said “no” and quickly left the room. Appointment 8:45 it’s now 9:38 and still no Dr. Lady with short bright red hair having a total personal conversation while a patient is waiting to be checked in. The front desk employee (older, with a tight bun) not friendly or professional at all!!! Avoid this place if you can!
Nurse and doctor don’t know how to talk to people and I didn’t feel welcome
